We have dedicated personnel, the Business Resource Team, whose function is to strengthen our relationship with you. How? We conduct a Profitability Workshop with you at our Business Resource/Culinary Center in Boise. The purpose is to review the services, products, savings, and support that are important to your business. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals and issues facing your business. Together, we can formulate action steps to attain the specific goals within the time you wish to accomplish them.

A Profitability Workshop can be scheduled Monday-Friday from either 9:00-12:00 or 1:00-4:00. A typical agenda would be:
9:00-9:30 Welcome and facility tour
9:30-11:00 Food Component w/ chef
11:00-12:00 Trends/Marketing Services review to obtain your goals.
However, this is your agenda, so you make the most of it! Call your Marketing Associate to schedule your quarterly, bi-annual or annual workshop. Your MA will assist in custom designing your Profitability Workshop agenda from what products you’d like to see, menu engineering to a profitable menu, to additional iCare Services available to you. Take advantage of our team’s unlimited resources to create programs to help build customer traffic, enhance operator’s profit, reduce operating costs, how to increase overall patron satisfaction and more!
